Q. Is the offer limited to just Zain and Mobily or can the Hajj roaming bundle be enjoyed on any other Saudi network?
A. No. The offer is only available on Zain and Mobily Saudi Arabia.

Q. What is the method to purchase any of the Hajj Roaming bundles?
A. That’s easy. Simply dial *123*90# and then select the bundle that you want.

Q. Can I buy different bundles or the same bundle multiple types at the same time?
A. Yes, you can buy different types of bundles or the same bundle multiple times at the same time.
·        If you buy the same bundle multiple times, the bundle validity will not be extended. That is to say, the bundle validity will not be more than the bundle validity. Example, if you buy a 7-day bundle multiple times, you will not have more than 7-days validity.
·        Where different bundles are bought at the same time, the bundles bought will expire at different days.

Q. Is it possible for unused bundle minute to be rolled over to new bundle subscription?
A. Yes, It’s possible. Provided you renew that bundle before it expires, any unused bundle minutes will be rolled over to new bundle subscription.

Q. Will I be able to with my outgoing minutes call all destinations?
A. Yes, all landlines and mobile numbers in all destinations will be callable with your outgoing minutes. This however excludes premium and satellite numbers.
