Don't Miss

News has it that; Google called upon LG some 4 years ago when they needed to make some new Nexus devices which would announce the presence of the Android 4.1 jellybean and out of the kitchen of LG came the Nexus 4. Being a flagship of some sort in its own age with the 1.5GHz of processor frequency and 2GB of RM which is operated on one of QUALCOMM’s S4 processors, the smartphone has now been found to be able to run the latest Android OS.

Developers should be given credit for the kind of feats that they pull off and the folks over at XDA have found a new way to port the Nougat to this smartphone that no one would even have thought of. Contrary to what you might think, internal system features such as the Bluetooth, Radio Interface Layer, USB connectivity and the likes have no issues working on this Nougat build meaning that it has been done to a very good level of stability.
However, no one is perfect, and as of the time of writing this post, features such as NFC, accelerometer and the GPS antenna on the smartphone are not in perfect working conditions. Majorly, the issue with this build is that it cannot be used daily.
Although there are still some issues inherent, praise should be sent to appropriate quarters and the developer needs be appreciated for such ingenuity.
